Comes with access to a dock and room to park your trailer. This house was remodeled within the last two years so everything is still in like new condition. The house got new floors, paint, bathrooms, furniture and kitchen. The small kitchen everything you need to make basic meals. Has refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, traditional drip coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Basic linens such as bedding, bath towels and kitchen towels provided. Washer and dryer on site. Basic supply of toilet paper and paper towels provided. Stilt home right on the water overlooking Camp and Water. You can bring your boat and dock right on the property and there's plenty of room to park your trailer. We do not have a boat ramp on site, please DO NOT use Camp N Water’s boat ramp. It is reserved for their guests only and they will report you if you are caught using it. Thank you for your cooperation. There is a charcoal grill for you to use and enjoy however charcoal is NOT provided. Both bedrooms will have queen size beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Living room has sofa and loveseat. Free wifi included. We have YouTube TV for all your live TV needs. 85 channels including ESPN, ESPN2, all regular channels, Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, TNT, Comedy Central, FS1, HGTV, ACC and SEC Network, NBCSN and more.
