Only 15 mins away to the closest gorgeous beach. This property is located in a well maintained community Rotonda West in Florida which is a neighborhood that is full of the most large luxury style homes. The golf courses surround this area with up to 5 golf courses to choose from that area open to the public and many more attractions.Among being in the center to travel to several towns in no time at all. To adventure into the downtown shopping and entertainment and fine dining near the beaches, of Sarasota, Venice, Boca Grand, Englewood, Port charlotte , Punta Gorda, and Rotonda west , Florida.This duplex is a ground floor unit with a huge yard in back. It is sitting on a canal front. There is many trees in back yard with one tree being a huge mango tree and other fruit trees.Each bedroom and the living room have there own flat screen 75 inch and 65 inch television sets with smart tv access to Netflix and YouTube and free tv channels to many apps . There also is a large Comcast tv package that is hooked up for additional channels.Just change the tv remote input to watch the additional channels provided among Comcast’s package,With Comcast there is Free Wifi providedThe lawn care is also taken care of and maintained beautifully.There is no minimum requirement on the time frame you are staying. There is also no additional charges for application fees needed.Although you can stay as little as one night. During the months January through the end of March I am looking for minimum one month stays and possible a three month stay since this is season and I have a lot of requestsThe property is not for pets.There is no refund on cancelationsThere is additional protection that can be purchased for a small fee that would protect you in case you need to cancel your reservation.
