The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed. Two car parking in the garage along with dedicated driveway space. As you enter through the main entrance your eyes will be drawn to the gorgeous view of the pool. Your imagination will quickly place you on a raft with a frozen drink in hand. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded, and although there are wonderful dining options all about, cooking for a night in will not feel like a chore here. Seating at the dining room table for six with extra seats to converse or chat through the breakfast bar with the chef as they create culinary magic. Take your skill set to the outdoors for a meal on the charcoal Webber grill! After a hard day of play, relax in the comfortable living space as you stream your favorites on the smart tv. A good night's slumber is to be had here in the comforts of King size bedding in the master. The main bedroom features an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. Plenty of space for guests to come and visit. The guests bedroom features queen accomodations with the guest bathroom just down the hall. Although the inside is an amazing space, the reality is the majority of your time will certainly be spent in your outdoor oasis! If you are one that likes the sun, there is plenty of room poolside to garner a warm glow, sip your morning java as the pool faces North East. With two sails and an umbrella there are plenty of shaded positions on the paver pool patio. Sit in the dock chairs as you reflect on the memories made that day. Pour two glasses of pinot and take a breather in any of the outdoor seating areas my favorite is in the loungers down by the dock! Bring the fishing poles because they're in there! Security cameras located on the exterior for your safety. Beach lovers will appreciate that the gorgeous Gulf Beaches in the Manasota Key area are less than 30 minutes away. Boating, shelling, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, waterfront dining; are all right at hand. The golfer in the family will be impressed with the choices of golf courses with varying levels of difficulty all about. This is a home that you will book year after year as it offers the perfect backdrop for an amazing winter getaway. With this being a newly beautifully updated home to the rental market you could be our returning guests year after year! Book now!A car or an Uber ride service is recommended.Please be mindful of noise as this is a residential community where the neighbors are working and have to rise early. Please do not swim in the canals as alligators are present. The alligators should not be fed or taunted.Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021:$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance. TO DO:1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.*Charges will incur as a result of lost or missing keys and/or remotes.* All CC transaction cancelations subjected to a 10% cancelation fee.** We thank you in advance for your assistance. If all of the tasks are completed, the agreed-upon cleaning fee return will be initiated within 7 days. *** Please sign both pages.
