Just 20 minutes north of Fort Myers, and 5 to 10 minutes drive to golf, best local restaurants, stores, Punta Gorda and Sunseeker Resort. Hospital is just down the street for peace of mind. Fully stocked kitchen and all new linens. Washer and dryer, B-B-Q. Ping Pong Table and bikes.
