Boat access only rental on private island Welcome to “Happily ever after” the last place you will need to go on vacation. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable time in our 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage. The living room is furnished with leather furniture and handmade wood accent pieces. The kitchen is perfect for the chef equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee percolator, China, pots and pans, plenty of Corning and bakeware. There is a community dock steps away Dock 78 when you depart the water taxi (pirates water taxi call for reservations at least a week in advance 941-697-5777) and a concierge to take you and your groceries to our home. (Bret 941-223-4548 $20 plus tip!) Once inside you will find the items you need to enjoy yourself. We include toiletries in our elaborate outside maze shower, paper products, kitchen staples, condiments and a complimentary bottle of wine or two, noodles, beach chairs, and beach towels. We are walking distance to the beach so a cart isn’t required but far enough away to enjoy our private treehouse. We are not on a main cart path and privacy and solitude are always available. Our screen porch is always comfortable with over stuffed chairs, futon, bistro table and trees everywhere! You can fish from dock or beach and we leave extra poles for our guests to use. Just don’t forget your bait. Games, books, craft items are there for your use and gives everyone something to do when you need to avoid the sun for a couple hours! We have a dedicated beach boardwalk that takes you over the sand and deposits you on the beach. If we forgot anything we are only a phone call away or text.
