The pièce de résistance is the family room, it's where you'll spend all your time, huge and very comfortable with 65" TV and a gorgeous view of the patio area in all its colorful splendor.It's close enough to all you'll want, but secluded enough to be private and quiet. And you have 100% exclusive access! LGBTQ+ friendly and dog friendly. 8 mins to Las Olas, and 15 minutes from FLL airport.Fully stocked kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Super comfortable beds. You'll love this place!Important Info:It's truly an amazing, private space for relaxing. There is also a BBQ grill. You have the entire space to yourself, kitchen, bathroom, living room, patio, and backyard. Pets are welcomed. There is plenty of backyard for them to play in.Guest Access The house is 100% private, no areas are shared. Parking space is available. The backyard/pool are open for guests to use.Other things to note Large gatherings and parties are not allowed.Pack n Play and high chair are available upon request. Some pets allowed - There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $350 for two or more pets.There's no dishwasher in this property.TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you?ll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you?ll be able to stream to the TV. You?ll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don?t provide streaming app accounts.DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET.
