Just outside of Utopia TX for quick access to grocery store, restaurant and local artisan shops.Sadly, there's a terrible drought right now and not much water in the river. But the view is still beautiful, and you'll enjoy sitting out back with a fire in the pit and listening to the frogs chirp as the sun sets on the other side of the Sabinal river.
