This home features a private pool, private hot tub, 2 fire pits, 5 master bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms, 2 family rooms, gourmet kitchen, wine cooler in the garage, a party deck, 1,500 sq ft patio space, and 1,700 Sq Ft pool deck space. At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas (which can also be reserved at the time of booking). A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, and more! There is boat, RV, or trailer parking on the Northeast side of the community.
