Walking/biking trails are already completed and ready for your use. This unit is close to the airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, hiking and biking trails, and ATV riding! The Pearl at Desert Shores is a brand new home with 5 bedrooms and 6 baths (each bedroom has its own bath!) 2 family rooms, a large dining table, a fully furnished kitchen, a desk for homework, a private hot tub up on the second-floor deck, and a ping-pong table in the garage! Family fun is what this home is all about. The loft is awesome with 2 arcade games, an air hockey table, and board games for all. Please feel free to bring your gaming stations.There is an awesome deck upstairs with a fireplace and patio furniture to soak up the sun and view during the day and enjoy the stars at night. There is a TV to enjoy out on the deck, and you can soak in the private hot tub as you do! 2 paddleboards are also available in the rental for guest use, but more can be rented from the Shores Resort!At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!Additionally, while staying in this property as a Red Rock Vacation Rentals guest, take advantage of our local business discounts for places such as Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, ATV rentals, Cafe Sabor, Bike Rentals, and more!
