Situated just minutes from both the beach and downtown, this canal-front property offers a private heated pool, a BBQ, a game room, and an array of other exciting amenities, providing an unforgettable retreat.Welcome to a spacious open-concept living space, comprising a living room, dining area, and a generously sized kitchen. The oversized kitchen island offers seating for 4, while the fully equipped kitchen features Stainless Steel appliances including a Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, Blender, Toaster, a collection of dishes/plates, glassware, dining ware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and even a wine cooler! Additionally, we provide a Keurig Single Serve Coffee Maker with k-cups and a regular coffee maker.The dining table comfortably seats 6 adults for shared meals.Bedroom Arrangements:Master Bedroom: Features a King-size bed with a comfy mattress, a private bathroom, Smart T.V., Walk-in Closet, dresser, and seating for 2 with a view.Bedroom #2: Includes 1 Queen-size bed, Smart T.V., closet, and dresser.Bedroom #3: Offers 2 bunk beds, along with a closet and dresser. We also provide extra towels and sheets for your comfort.In the living room, the sectional converts into a bed, and a Smart TV provides entertainment. High-speed internet is available throughout the house.There are 2 bathrooms, both equipped with showers, Hair Dryers, a First Aid Kit, and ample Toilet Paper. The house also includes an on-site washer & dryer (free to use).The sunroom boasts a serene water view and leads out to the pool and backyard through patio doors.Outdoor Amenities:Relax on the outdoor couch under the shade or bask in the sun on the Lounge Chairs using our Beach Towels. The outdoor area also features a Hot Tub.HEATED POOLThe pool is always heated to 80°F/27°C, which is a normal pool temperature. If you would like, we can increase it to 90°F/32°C for an additional $35 per day to cover additional energy use. Please let us know in advance if you would like this increase made.*Game Room:The house offers a fantastic game room equipped with a pool table, arcade games, darts, air hockey, and a ping pong table for endless fun!*For golf enthusiasts, a public Golf Course is just 5 minutes away:The Pines Championship Golf Course: Redesigned by renowned golf course architect Greg Norman, it's an 18-hole course covering over 7,100 yards with a par of 72.
