Dining Area - Large table seats 12 guests Laundry - Located next to the theatre Game room - Has a TV, Pool table, Poker table, Ping Pong, Foosball, Hockey Theatre - With 8 comfy theatre chairsOutdoor - A pool with lounge chairs, 2 hammocks, a large sectional sofa, a dining table for 10 guests, a fire pit, BBQ, and a Bar. Kids playground, a volleyball (sand) court and a 1/2 quart basketball court with additional seating area, Large human-sized chess game, soccer field Driveway - Spacious driveway, please park up to 5 cars no more than that. Please do not park on the grass!* We offer additional services such as pool heating (if applicable) that can be purchased from our store, early check-ins, public parking passes, and much more through our online tourist portal. ***All store items are subject to availability.*** ***MINIMUM $150 FEE IF 11 AM CHECK-OUT WAS NOT FOLLOWED*** Playing outside is permitted until 9 p.m.* Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times. * No daily cleaning services. Please check the online Tourist Portal for additional services available. * All TVs are ROKU (smart TVs) for online streaming. No Cable.* We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, and repair work that may need access to the home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.* Safety devices installed: Ring Device on the front door. Exterior security cameras both at the front and back of the house. Patrolling Security. Noise decibel monitoring system inside* The outdoor lights will be automatically turned off at 10 PM and cannot be turned back on.* NO playing or using the playground after 10 p.m* Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! We do not allow Pets of any sort. Any evidence of pets will be an automatic forfeiture of your damage deposit ($250 fine).* Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING in the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or grass) or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (ie smells of smoke, ashes, burns, etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit and an additional smoke remediation fee of $750 will be charged.* BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. The property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind that may result from the use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use a ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**The minimum age to book this listing is 25 years old
