Wi-Fi and premium cable.This is our premium unit that is also used by the owner so it is a step above in terms of amenities and furnishings.It is a one bedroom unit that is very quiet as it faces the shared garden. The unit has a private terrace with a table, umbrella and 4 chairs.There is also an outdoor faucet and outdoor shower right next to the terrace.The bedroom has a modern queen size four poster bed. A desk and desk chair and club chair are also located in the bedroom.The living room has a modern DWR sofa that folds flat into a bed that sleeps one additional guest.The flatscreen TV has many premium channels such as HBO and Showtime.The kitchen, which is open to the living area features premium Bosch appliances and a Viking range, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a full range of pots and pans, an ice cream maker, toaster, coffee maker , cooking utensils, dishes glasses and more. There is also a Bosch washer and dryer set in the space that may be used by our guests.The updated bathroom has a window facing the backyard.This unit is used frequently by the owner. There are designer furnishings, Italian light fixtures, premium appliances and original artwork as well as many special touches in the unit that make it unique.We are always available through the booking platform. We have tried to automate as much of the process as possible. However, we are locals and love to give recommendations.Location, location, location... Lauderdale By The Sea is quickly becoming one of the hottest spots near Fort Lauderdale. You will have a parking space if you need it and we are located within a short walk from everything you need for a great beach vacation.There is a private walkway that leads to this units entrance at the back of our building. It has gravel and large round concrete pavers. Possibly not great if you are handicapped or injured. Please see the image in the photo section.A copy of a picture ID will be required for reservations at this property to prevent credit card fraud.
