The massive master bedroom suite includes a spacious master bathroom and a private living room. Two upstairs bedrooms share a guest bathroom, and all others have private en suite bathrooms. There also is a full bathroom downstairs, next to the living room. Outdoor - A large, heated pool with a paved outdoor patio, complemented by plenty of seating, good lighting, a charcoal grill, and warm weather, transforms the outdoor living space into the perfect place to gather and unwind. Private balconies and 2,000 square feet of a wrap-around veranda offer unlimited opportunities to relax in the fresh air. Laundry Room – The estate comes equipped with two washers/dryers, an iron, and an ironing board for guests’ use. Please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay. Guest Cottage – A retreat within a retreat, this separate home features one upstairs bedroom with a king bed, a downstairs living space with a kitchenette, and two bathrooms. It also has a private balcony and porch, where you can enjoy the South Florida sunsets. OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEAN: We are committed to providing you with a clean, sanitary place to stay. Here are the highlights of our sanitation policy: - We have enhanced our cleaning schedule, thoroughly sanitizing the home before and after occupancy, putting additional focus on the sanitation of high-touch areas. - We clean each room using extensive checklists, and we wear protective equipment while cleaning. - We have adopted the CDC’s cleaning and disinfection guidelines, including the use of cleaning products on the EPA-registered disinfectant list. - We wash all linens, dishware, and other service items available for use by guests between each booking. - We are making soap and surface sanitation supplies available to you during your stay to use at your discretion. ESTATE RULES:- Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee (Multiple $150). We will send you info to pay the pet fee after booking. - Commercial Photography/Video filming or publication is strictly prohibited without written consent of the owner. - We DO NOT offer a lost and found. Please be sure you have ALL of your personal possessions prior to leaving. - A LATE CHECK-OUT FEE of $300 will apply.- We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy. In the event trace smoke or ashes are found, a $250 smoking fee will be assessed at check-out. - Minimum age for booking is 25.
