With comfortable accommodations and modern amenities, Palm Wave Stays is your ideal home base for exploring all that Coconut Creek has to offer.The apartment has a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that offers versatile sleeping arrangements to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious King bed complete with fresh linen and a mattress protector for your comfort. A Smart TV is available for your entertainment, and a spacious closet provides ample storage for your belongings. The second bedroom features 2 full beds with fresh linen and mattress protectors. Like the first bedroom, it also comes with a Smart TV, and a closet for storage. Both bathrooms have a shower and excellent hot water pressure. A vanity mirror and we also provide one bath and one Personal Towel per person.The living area is spacious with a sectional couch that converts to a full sleeper and a Smart TV. For additional sleeping options, there are two cots available which can be placed in the living area and the bedroom.Our kitchen is fully stocked and features a fridge, an electric oven, a 4-burner gas stove, and a dishwasher. It also includes a coffee maker and a toaster for your morning routine. The kitchen comes with cooking utensils, silverware, glasses and dishes. The dining area comfortably seats 10 people and ample cabinet space is available for your storage needs. There is a laundry machine on-site. A working desk and chair are also available if you need to do some work.To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file. Thank you for your cooperation.
