The first master bedroom has a top quality king sized bed, flatscreen TV, views of the ocean from bed, and renovated ensuite.The second master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, TV, huge balcony off of one side and a Florida room with a 6 person hot tub off of the other side (one of only two units in the building with the additional Florida room)The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. All of the bedrooms have new furniture and top quality linens. There is a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping for two people (not a sofa sleeper).UNIT FEATURES- Two large private balconies, one 6' by 13' balcony off of the main living room and another huge 8' by 19' balcony off the master bedroom.- VIEWS from virtually every room!- 4 large TV's (one in the living room and each bedroom)- Laundry room with washer & dryer- Free wifi & parking- Access to Netflix & other streaming services- Beach closet with chairs, toys, umbrella, towels etc.BUILDING FEATURES- Large heated oceanfront pool overlooking the ocean- DIRECT beach access- 2 large BBQ grills overlooking the ocean- 2 gated dog parks for any 4 legged friends - Shuffleboard & bocce ball court- small gym in the common area (treadmill & elliptical only)THE AREAThis quiet slice of heaven is so unique in that it feels nice and secluded, yet is close to so much. The building is situated so close to the ocean that you feel like you are on a cruise ship!! There is a grocery store right across the street and many attractions nearby. The complex is located 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport, 15 minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier, 10 minutes to Indialantic, and an hour away from the Orlando Airport and Disneyworld.BOOKING TIP: Discounts are automatically applied for stays 7 nights & greater!
