The condo offers use of a heated pool, men's and women's private sauna with shower and a club house next to the pool. Private ocean access from the pool area offers a VIP experience to the ocean breezes and beach activities. An additional shower is located at beach access for washing off sand on your return from the beach. Gas grill is available for use by the club house. One assigned parking space is located under condo for renters. Redone (2024) tennis courts with pickleball and shuffle board. Area attractions - 1 hr to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Canaveral National Seashore and Orlando Airport.40 min to Kennedy Space Center.
