This condo is located right next to Pelican Beach & it is 10 miles south of the world famous Cocoa Beach. It is also just over an hour away to Orlando for the Disney attractions and down the street to Patrick Air Force Base.Master suite features a king size bed, walk in closet and private bath. 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed. Living Room couch has a pull out full size bed. No Smoking, No Pets and 30 day minimum on rentals. 4 people maximum for rentals in this condo. The Eastwinds Condo Association requires general information such as address, phone number, car license number etc. Once you book, I will be sending you an application form to fill out and return to me.
