SeaShanntie Melbourne Beach Villa This immaculate, recently redone, private, fully furnished, tropical townhouse with OCEAN access is ideal. It is located across the street from the ocean. Close to fishing, golfing, restaurants, shopping, theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, and airboat rides, this location is for you! The complex has only six townhouses. It is two story with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs with the laundry. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining, living room and a half bath. It is a very private tropical environment. There is a two car garage with bicycles and tire pumps, beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach paraphernalia. I am available to answer any questions and live within walking distance of the townhome. I own two units in this complex of 6 units. They are side by side and both are short term rentals. The Doghouse is VRBO 1512402
