One of the most unique things about this retreat that you won't find elsewhere is its location right next door to this breathtaking garden-like nature preserve owned by the state and protected as a nature preserve for turtle nesting. Each year we have dozens of turtle nests right behind the house! You are also located within walking distance of shopping, museums, and restaurants. Some must-visit attractions include Port Canaveral to view rocket launches (22 miles), Kennedy Space Center (35.8 miles), and Orlando theme parks (within 80 miles).As you enter this lovely beachfront residence, you will be greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly integrates all living spaces, creating an ideal setting for entertaining. The living area is cozy and inviting, providing a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, a collection of movies to choose from, or a variety of board games to play. The well-equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, making cooking a breeze as you prepare a delicious homemade meal.As for outdoor living, this retreat is unbeatable. Spend your days beachcombing, feeling the soft sand beneath your toes, roasting s'mores in the firepit, dining alfresco, or relaxing in the hammock while reading your favorite book. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a memorable day at the beach. This home also comes with a washer/dryer, dog bowls, two beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience. You'll also have use of the attached two car garage for added privacy and security!Things to KnowIf you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
