" Reel Family Tides" V.I.P Island is on a Barrier Island. You will need a BOAT ! Island Vacationing at its finest ! Enjoy a peaceful, tranquil stay at our Island Paradise. One of a distinct few Barrier Islands in Florida. Located in Sebastian, Florida, our house is of brand new construction with the finest attention to detail. Nearly 10' Ceilings throughout. You can smell the cleanliness upon walking in. Watch the porpoises play off the dock ! Fish, boat, kayak or just enjoy some private time under our 40 foot Tiki Bar ! Vacation Island Playground (V.I.P Island) is not accessible by car. To arrive at Island, a Boat, PWC, or kayak must be used. Boat ramp parking is free, no charge.For a small fee, we have a taxi service provider on the Island who will take people both to and from the Island. At time of rental if requested, renter will have ability to contact the taxi service. Several local restaurants reside along the Intracoastal Waterway. Some of the finest inshore back country fishing available around the Island ! Large snook,redfish,trout and Sheepshead all patrol the inshore waters of the Lagoon. Offshore fishing is second to none with huge Red Snapper,Grouper, Mahi, Cobia and several other Pelagic species. Our house boasts a huge waterfront dockage with nearly 100' of available dockage for boats,jet skis,kayaks etc. House resides on the canal located down the center of the Island which protects nice boats from weather and wind. No need to worry about your boat at night. It stays nice and safe ! Fully functional docks with oversize cleats for larger boats. Filet table with hose bibs provided for those who wish to come back and process their catch after a long day on the water. Come stay with us ! The Island lifestyle is the best lifestyle!!
