River access with our own fishing pier. Next to a Community park with pavilion, triple sized charcoal grill, and several other fishing piers (docks). Commune with nature. Serene, quiet and renewing waterfront experience. Set apart. Yet, it’s surprisingly close to restaurants and shopping. Some morning traffic, muffled. There are two patios. One is outside of the Master bedroom. Imagine how lovely to have breakfast or evening cocktails right outside your bedroom sliding glass door. Or wake up to a pretty sunrise. See the birds touching down or dolphins at play. As cute as the two bedroom house with separate trundle bed area is, the crowning jewels of this property are the location next to the park and our own sprawling waterfront backyard. Between the two you can explore the riverfront for quite an extended distance. Plus, you can play ball, throw frisbees, have a picnic, go fishing, follow the cycling paths, walk on the boardwalks, or launch your own kayaks. You will love it!
