There are two parking spaces. You may choose to park underground or above. Dining area and living room looks out onto the ocean and a 30 ft. balcony equipped with seating. The living room has a navy blue lazy boy sleeper sofa, a white leather recliner and a 50 inch flat screen TV. Dining area has a large wood tsble with 6 chairs (2 folding chairs in closet), bar stools The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with NEW appliances and includes full- size washer/dryer.There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in closet, Flat screen TV, and direct view of the ocean. The master bathroom is also newly renovated, has a walk in shower and linens are provided. The guest bedroom has a twin and a queen bed .with a full bathroom right next to it, along with flat screen tv.Beach towels and beach equipment are provided.
