The cottage comes with a large deck for outdoor dining or just relaxing while enjoying an ocean breeze. The fourth bedroom is in an attached studio with a kitchenette and its own living area, making it the perfect spot for extended families, friends traveling together, or that little extra privacy while on vacation with your teenage children. It’s also the perfect spot for couples to enjoy an elegant and relaxed vacation.You'll have everything you need at the Blue Wave Beach Cottage, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with a fireplace, four televisions with cable, wifi, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards, two outdoor showers, and more. There's a desk for work or homework in the main cottage, and the studio can be used as a quite work space away from the bustle of vacationing family. The cottage comes with a large private parking area big enough for four cars, an RV or boat. The location provides quick and easy access to Port Canaveral, historic downtown Cocoa Village, Kennedy Space Center, the USSSA Space Coast Complex, and theme parks in the Orlando area. And, of course, beautiful Cocoa Beach is only a block away!Stays of 7 days or more receive a 10% discount off the nightly rate. Stays of 28 days or longer receive a 25% discount. Both are applied automatically at the time of booking. Stays of 20 to 27 days receive a 15% discount, but this discount will not be applied automatically.
