Our quiet neighbourhood is walking distance to the beach through Cherie Down Park. Our private patio is a great place to enjoy Floridian evenings from, and who knows you might even have front row seats to a rocket launch! We're conveniently located near shops & restaurants, Canaveral cruise port, Cocoa Beach pier, and 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Your vacation starts now!On the first floor our home has a cosy living room with two couches and smart TV. There is also a desk set up for guests who need to do some work or studying whilst staying with us. Our kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, cooktop and a dining table for six. There is a half bath off of the kitchen. Access to the back yard and patio is through the kitchen, where there is an outside dining table. The washer, dryer and beach accessories are in the storage closet off the patio. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with king bed, closet, smart TV and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two queen beds, closet and smart TV. The main bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and sink. If you're in town for a rock launch, you'll be super close to all the action! Head to the beach to watch the rocket launch, you will probably even be able to see it from the balcony and back yard.
