Great quiet neighborhood with private/free beach parking 1 block away at Peacock Beach with crossover - unit has outdoor shower for rinsing off after your relaxing day at the beach (beach toys, towels, chairs, and umbrellas included). Hop onto one of the two the beach cruisers and head on over to Manatee Sanctuary Park or Port Canaveral only 1 mile away, and just two short blocks to a local deli and meats market.
