I am a text and a few steps away. And, our goal is your satisfaction with your stay!One mile down the beach from Jetty Park, and approximately a mile from Port Canaveral, this is an unbelievable spot to watch a launch. You have the comfort of the property, and there is no need to be out in the area's traffic during a launch! Just grab your grocery provisions, and enjoy! This is a prime spot between Jetty Park and world famous Cocoa Beach Pier!Electronic Lock with code sent the day before your stay. Gated community with gate code sent in that same message. This space is perfect for those needing easy access. The first floor unit has it's own patio and is easily accessible. The unit is comfortable and has all you need. We will be adding a washer and dryer unit soon to this unit, but we do have a laundry onsite. I love the work area for remote working, which is light bright and airy.We recommend you get a rental car since there are no area businesses on the beach per ordinance in this area. Which also makes it very much like you are a local! Bike rentals are available and they will drop them off on property for you. Uber service is available in the area. And, there are plenty of cab companies, and drivers for pick up and drop off to Orlando International Airport or Melbourne International Airport.
