Located in Cape Canaveral, it's close to the Port, Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, and all the area has to offer.Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds. A rental agreement and security deposit hold are required.
