Gulf Side Home With a Private Pool! Beach State of Mind is what you'll be feeling when you make this beautiful home your next vacation spot! Completely remodeled this home offers great gulf views and a private swimming pool. This home is 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The first floor has an open floor plan and features the living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 master bedrooms with private baths. Each bedroom has a TV. Plenty of seating to hang out on the deck or downstairs on the patio. Fire pit and also convenient out side bathroom for pool guests. Located beach-side so the emerald water is just a hop, skip, and jump away. Beach State is a non-smoking unit and does NOT allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
