Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.Everything in the home is brand new--boutique Midcentury-modern themed design, quartz countertops, hard floors, fast WiFi, and large LED TVs with streaming capability for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc.!We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house.Coffee, natural sugar, cream and herbal tea are also provided complimentary!There is a driveway and street parking, so you should have plenty of parking for your entire group.Guest Access:Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc.The Neighborhood:Located minutes from Historic Downtown High Springs and a stone's throw away from some of the most famous natural springs in the world.Other Things to Note:🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee🦮 NO pets; $250 fee.
