Multiple balconies, full kitchen, washer and dryer, building-wide Wi-Fi, an outdoor rooftop pool (Pools typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), outside showers, and accessible beach and boardwalk access. Garage parking, easy check-in and check-out process, and recent upgrades to the decor and furnishings. Just park and walk! Please note this condo faces Lake Gerar with spectacular sunset views. LOCATION: Oceanfront building on the north end of Rehoboth Beach!PARKING: Garage parking for one car. AMENITIES: Elevator building, Wi-Fi, garage parking, outdoor pool with ocean views.THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental program for guests. No pets and no smoking!Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
