Ocean Block rental featuring Ocean Views! Located in the northern part of Rehoboth Beach, 8 Virginia Avenue is an ocean block vacation rental ready to welcome guests to the Delaware Beaches. Sitting just steps from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, this rental home features a total of five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. An inverted living set up sees all but one bedroom on the entry level of the home, as well as three of the bathrooms. On the second floor, guests will find the spacious living and dining area which flows out from the kitchen. There is space for everyone to enjoy at this well-cared home, including in the enclosed screen porch on the front of the house, which offers views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is off-street parking for five cars. This is a non smoking home.A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $318.40. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.Bedding-First Floor- 1 Queen, 2 Singles, 1 Trundle, 2 DoublesSecond Floor- 1 KingAll VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
