Stunning home - waterfront, beach, pools - great for family and pets! Life is better barefoot in this summer retreat! Relax and enjoy the colorful bay views and sea breezes sitting on the open porch overlooking the marina in this gorgeous home! Located at the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home allows for large gatherings in the spacious living/dining area. The home is graced with lots of windows and glass sliding doors that let the beautiful coastal light flood the home. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it in your reservation or call our reservationist.We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well.
