Family fun-large home, private beach, steps from marina, pools, pet friendly! Memories made at the beach last a lifetime! Located at the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside, this lovely home features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Enjoy the marina view from the open porch and entertain in the spacious living area that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. Take a short walk to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 a week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. A great location for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year. PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per night per pet/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or call our reservationist.Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well.
