Only two blocks to down town shops and restaurants and a short drive to Lewes Beach. The first floor has the living area, large open kitchen and dining as well as a bedroom and full bathroom. The upstairs of this home was remodeled in 2019 to include new carpet, new air conditioning, sitting area at the top of the steps, which is a perfect reading spot, as well as two more bedrooms and a beautiful large bathroom with tiled shower. This property is available with a three night minimum all year long. Please ask your agent for details. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for detailsGuests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
