Gourmet kitchen opens onto a dining area that is perfect for a family gathering. Five bedrooms (one as a 1st floor master suite) are well-placed for comfort. The third floor area is even set up as a play room for kids of all ages! The signature wrap-around porch will soon be your favorite place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or an adult beverage in the evening. Conveniently located a short walk to the beach and close to Dairy Queen or walking to downtown restaurants. The cottage at 303 Massachusetts (adjacent to this property) is available for rent with this property. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property does not accept pets.Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
