This lovely in-town Lewes home is situated on a quiet street close to the dining and shopping on 2nd Street plus right next to the bike trail! A large screened porch on the front of the house is perfect for an afternoon drink with the family before heading into town for dinner. The first floor features a large open living room, an adjacent kitchen and dining area. This space is perfect for entertaining, sharing a meal together or enjoying an evening of games. Take advantage of the fact that this home has TWO Master bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor has a King bedroom and full bathroom. The second Master bedroom, on the 2nd floor, features a King bed as well as a large private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on this floor feature one with a Queen and the other with two sets of bunk beds (twin over double). These two bedrooms share a full hall bathroom. This home is located adjacent to the new bike trail which connects to Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, Rehoboth Beach and soon all the way to Georgetown, Delaware. Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for detailsAll guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Friday to Friday rental.Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
