An open floor plan and updated amenities will ensure a comfortable space for your relaxation. Enter into the light filled living room which is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. This floor also has the Primary bedroom with King bed and private bathroom. A half bath is located on this level as well.The second floor has an additional two bedrooms - one with a Queen and one with a set of Twin beds. These room share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.The rear yard has a patio for your outdoor enjoyment.Conveniently located close to the downtown Lewes area with shopping and dining. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. Dog or Cat friendly with a non-refundable fee and signed addendum.Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
