Situated on the top floor, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 full-size bathrooms - spread generously across 2 stories and 3,000 square feet - this stunning beach getaway more-than-comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. There is a large gourmet kitchen, a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer, private parking, and an elevator. Three of the four bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms. But of course, we saved the best for last: two spacious balconies compliment your vacation - one designed for lounging, and the other for dining - so you can catch some 'rays or enjoy some steamed crabs from our fantastic local carry-outs.Guests will also enjoy the waterfront pool and community pier. Located only 2 miles from the Fenwick Island Beach and 8 miles from Bethany Beach - with Ocean City, MD literally right around the corner - Mallard Cove on the Bay provides everything you could want in a vacation, packaged in luxury living and stunning sunsets.MISCELLANEOUSWin-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 10 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 4 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (2) reusable/disposable dish cloths, (3) dishwasher pods, (3) laundry pods, (2) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioners, (2) mini bar soaps, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (4) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (2) tubes travel size toothpaste, (2) travel size hand lotions, and (2) travel size hand sanitizers. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings. The maximum occupancy is 10 people. Occupants must utilize all available private parking (garage, driveway) before using any available street parking. No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.You will receive your digital arrival packet via email 5 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay. Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out.
