There are views of both the ocean and the bay from three of the four private decks. Suits large groups and families and offers three off-street parking spots. If you're looking for sunrise walks on the beach, beautiful sunset happy hours over the bay, beach volleyball, family outdoor movies on the beach, famous crab cakes, local concerts and live music, or weekend brunch featuring Orange Crush and a Bloody Mary Bar -- it's all within walking distance of Oceans Reach #3! The property is a three story townhouse with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and four decks. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed. The main bathroom for the first floor is right next to the bedroom. There are two bedrooms on the second floor; the master bedroom has a king bed, a master bath, a deck and it faces the front of the property. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed, a deck and faces the parking lot. The main bathroom on the second floor has two entrances -- one from the hallway and one from the bedroom. There is one bedroom on the third floor (loft) with two double (full) beds. It has its own bathroom and a deck. You have to bring your own linens -- sheets (one king, two queens, two doubles), bath towels and beach towels. Kitchen dish towels and hot pads are provided.
