A perfect vacation rental that is one level, located on the third floor with access to the community pool and parking for two cars. *This is a non smoking unit. The building does have an elevator and a community use grill. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week’s stay is $105.00. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.Please note that the deposit schedule will be detailed on the lease: 1/2 the rent is due with the signing of the lease with the balance due 30 days prior to check in.
