Enjoy one-floor living in this clean, cozy single home with a light, bright, open concept living room and well-equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bar and spacious separate dining room. Enjoy coffee on the front porch after a great night's sleep in either of the two comfortable first floor bedrooms. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, use the nearby community pool, just a 3 minute walk from the house. Year-round, take a short walk to play basketball, pickleball, tennis or take the little ones to the playground. Find essentials like beach chairs in our outdoor shed. Check out all that the Delaware beaches have to offer - you'll be just a 20 minute drive to downtown Lewes, Rehoboth, Cape Henlopen State Park, breweries and more.When you book, please provide I in the comments full names of adults in your party, and the license plates of cars you’ll park, which allows us to provide your access info to the community.
