For kids, pull up sunnies instantly right from the dock. For winter, enjoy cozy fires int he wood burning stove. The property is a natural sledding hill with 2 great slopes for a nice long run. Thunder ridge ski hill is 15 minutes away or Mohawk mountain is 45 mins away.
