Our team tries to provide personal and attentive service to our guests. We are local, respect guests privacy, but always available in needed. After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.Quiet tree-lined street, but steps to restaurants, shops and 3 different Green Line trains. Newly renovated, central air, enjoy old world charm with modern day amenities. Easy commute to Boston, Longwood Medical area, Boston College, Boston University, Saint Elizabeth and so much more.3 min walk to the Green Line B train that will take you directly to downtown, Copley Square, Boston Commons, Boston Public Gardens, Prudential Center, etc. 3 min walk to the Green Line C train that will take you Kenmore square and Fenway Park! 7 min walk to the Green Line D train that will take you to Longwood Medical Area. Under a 5 min walk to Cleveland Circle area - lined with shops, stores, restaurants.Parking is available in the lot next to the house for an additional $15/night. Reservations must be made ahead of time.
