Oversized 1Bed w/ Outdoor Pool & Elevator Oversized one bedroom found on 5th floor in professionally managed building with an elevator and outdoor swimming pool.Unit features hardwood floors, high ceilings, renovated eat-in kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite countertops. Living room features sleeper sofas, 55 inch screen television. The bedroom up as a queen size bed with double closets.After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud/rowdy and have parties. would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below.Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
