Fully furnished with all amenities. Open kitchen and family room with vaulted ceiling. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator and table that seats 4. There is also a full sized sleeper sofa pull out bed and a 65" flat screen TV. There are French doors that open up to the pool area with lounge chairs and hanging string lights. Large master bedroom with frosted glass doors that slide into the wall to provide even more room and ambiance. The master bedroom window looks over our small vineyard, where we grow Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in front of the house. It also features a comfortable Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed. The bathroom is very spacious with a large walk-in closet, a large washer/dryer combo and a beautiful large walk-in shower. There is a comfortable sitting area in the front overlooking the vineyard. There is also a lounging area out back by the pool, with access to a gas grill. Perfect for BBQing and watching our spectacular California sunsets! We're only 20 minutes from beautiful Livermore wine country with 53 wineries, Lake Del Valle & the San Francisco Premium Outlets. 40 minutes from the Oakland Zoo & 60 minutes from San Francisco.
