It's located in Canaan Valley, WV, the largest high-elevation valley east of the Mississippi, and surrounded by the million-acre Monongahela National Forest, the Dolly Sods Wilderness, and the Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge, with trails connecting directly into these areas right from the community. Decorated throughout with vintage National Park artwork, Ranger Station is the perfect base camp for everything from refreshing nature walks to hiking, biking, paddling, and skiing adventures.
