Head up the stairs of Southport Tree Escape to your own king-sized suite with luxury linens and a spacious, completely updated full bathroom. There’s also an eat-in kitchen, equipped with all the cookware, appliances, and essentials required to satisfy the most exacting chef. Note: chef alert! While you’re out exploring Southport, be sure to pick up some fresh seafood at nearby markets dotting the Intracoastal Waterway.You’ll also find modern conveniences including a Nest thermostat, USB charging ports, and, feel free to pack light: you’ve got your own washer/dryer as well. There’s even a comfy loveseat to curl up in for movie nights or rainy days, but, the private deck will probably be your favorite spot! Spend sunny mornings lounging with a cup of coffee before hitting downtown or the beaches. Trucks and trailers come and go regularly from our home so please leave the main driveway and circle clear. You may park at the bottom of the stairs for temporarily while unloading or loading your vehicle.The main home on the property, fenced in back yard, front yard, garage and storage area behind the garage are all part of our private residence and are not accessible to guests.Quiet hours of 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced.
