Located close to the base of the Fortuna Foothills, this home is only 30 minutes from Martinez Lake and YPG. Enjoy hiking at Telegraph Pass, 4x4 off roading, or jump on the freeway and take the short drive to Algodones Mexico. This home sits on a large corner lot and offers a wraparound driveway for easy parking and access. Enjoy BBQs on the private patio, or just relax in the living watching tv on the 70-inch flatscreen.
