This home features a modern chalet overlooking the lake and an adorable guest cottage in the woods. This delightful property offers a total of 4 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft and 4 bathrooms.A long, winding gravel driveway leads through the woods and farmland to the property. The first building guests will reach is the guest cabin, located about 60 feet behind the chalet. A spacious deck on the front overlooks the lake and surrounding woods, and is comfortably furnished for outdoor dining or lounging. Upon entry, guests will find a main room with queen size bed and cable TV/DVD. Above the bed is a small loft with low ceilings, accessed via a ladder. This is a great sleeping area for children, as it contains two twin mattresses and a small window overlooking the woods. The bathroom is partially open to the main room, and contains a mini fridge, sink, commode, and small shower.Further down the driveway is the chalet style house, which boasts a beautiful wrap around deck and stunning views of Seneca Lake! The side door leads into an airy great room, featuring hardwood floors, a small electric fireplace, cozy sofas for lounging, a dining table that can expand to seat 10, moveable bar seating for 2, and an open country kitchen. Two sliding glass doors lead outside to the deck and provide an incredible view from anywhere in this room. Eat your meals on the deck with the large table that can seat 8 and a separate high top set that can accommodate 3. Pull up one of the rocking chairs an enjoy a relaxing view of the sunset.In the rear of the main level are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.The loft stairs are near the entry door and lead to a versatile, spacious sleeping area for adults or children. A king bed and queen sleeper sofa provide comfortable sleeping for 4. The ensuite bathroom is on the right, and features a sink, commode and shower.The walkout, lower level is completely finished, with a large family room, additional bedroom with king size bed and queen sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom with shower. and a bar area with mini-fridge. A large, flat screen TV with DVD player is available for watching movies or playing video games - you'll never be bored in this great vacation home! Just off the family room is a patio with a hot tub, overlooking the lake and just waiting for tired souls to enjoy after a long day of wine touring.Wooden stairs with a railing, lead down a path to the lakefront stairs. At the water, a large (12' x 16") pavilion, complete with a fan and mini-fridge, has plenty of seating space for enjoying snacks or lounging out of the sun on hot summer days. With over 100 feet of natural, walk-in lakefront and a fire pit for evening campfires, this area will appeal to guests of all ages. For those that bring or rent a motorboat, there is a large permanent dock and 4,000lb boat hoist available. If you prefer more laid back lakefront enjoyment, a collection of non-motorized watercraft are provided for exploring the miles of beautiful shoreline on Seneca Lake.Located only 6 miles from Watkins Glen, All Decked Out is convenient to area shopping, groceries, great restaurants, and of course several of the area's best wineries!**Because the driveway next to the house is steep, guests with 2 wheel drive or low clearance vehicles should park on the parking pad above, and walk down to the cottage and house. The gravel road is not suitable for low clearance cars or limousines. AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended. Please be sure not to tear up the gravel parking area.Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests. Note: 1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description.3. Air conditioning is not available unless otherwise noted as available in the amenities. If air conditioning is noted as available, this is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed.
