And in the winter, all of Summit County’s ski areas are within 15 miles, plus there's an on-site communal hot tub to relax at the end of a long day of adventures. This is the place you and your group have been looking for!Retreat on the Blue Condo a warm, relaxing retreat that’s perfect for up to four guests. The living area is filled with natural light from big windows overlooking the Blue River; there’s also a gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventure. Then, step out onto the patio, put some dinner on the gas grill, and enjoy the river and views of Ptarmigan Peak! The full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks or memorable holiday meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.
